We are a family-owned, two-generation company that started in 1978 with over 40+ Corporate years experience and relationships in the Sporting Goods Industry. 42 Employees, with six at or above 20 years in the organization. The average tenure of employment between 12-18 years (19 employees), and a combined 380 years of industry experience in our company. The H&G sales force has over 775 Years of accumulated experience in the outdoor shooting sports market. We started as a 5 state regional rep group with the vision to develop and keep pace with today’s demands to better serve its vendor partners across all classes of trade. Nationwide coverage versus traditional regional rep agencies allows H&G to deploy our sales professionals to any part of the country in support of a vendor promotion, training, or sales event. We have invested in our infrastructure to utilize modern and industry-leading technology that is cloud-based for order delivery, rapid field information transfer, and account management. We enjoy a 20+ year relationship with over five Outdoor leading vendors. Perhaps most important, our employees are fully on board with your organization’s mission and vision which strives to go above and beyond to make your company a success.
